Thank you for putting your trust into the When We Played™ brand of products! We value each and every customer and strive to provide service that is equal to our product quality.

All of our games come with a minimum 30 Day limited warranty from the original date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial purchase and is not transferable.

For all products, you are able to return your product at any time during the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please keep the original sales receipt and order id. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance and only products purchased from authorized sellers/distributors are covered. 

We have no third party seller agreements on Amazon or eBay and actively seek legal measures on all parties claiming to sell our products as new. Products purchased on any other third party sites (such as eBay) are not covered due to our inability to verify the product’s authenticity.

 Authorized sellers are limited to:

  • Products sold on Whenweplayed.com
  • Products sold on Amazon.com with the following criteria:
    • Products sold by When We Played Inc and Fulfilled by Amazon

Please note and beware if you are buying any of our products as new from any sellers other than those mentioned above, you risk the chance of not only receiving a counterfeit item; but also an item that has no warranty from Intervine.

If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, you will receive a replacement product of equal or greater value shipped to you at our own expense.  Prior to replacement, please contact us at care@whenweplayed.com in order to receive a return authorization. Do not return product without prior authorization.  While we strive to replace every product without the need for you to ship back the original defective product, we reserve the right to have you ship your defective product to us at your expense for verification of the issue.
