Please know that all of our apparel goods are custom made, and printed on demand. During off-peak months most orders are processed within 5-6 business days and then they are ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping.
At When We Played, Inc. we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If any of your items should ever arrive damaged you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.
